With little equipment, we can exercise together with short effective workouts to build strength, mobility and improve your overall fitness. Let’s get moving!

HI I’M HOLLY


With 17 years experience as a PT, I’ve trained hundreds of women to help them improve their quality of life through exercise. If you find joy in movement it’s easy to stay consistent and if you are consistent, that’s when you see results. I’m all about nourishing your body through exercise not punishing it. I’m here to support and encourage you to reach your goals.

Online Video Library

A huge library of workouts to choose from, with lots of frequent updates. There are 15 minute “fitness snack” workouts for when you are short on time, as well as 30 and 45 minute workouts. A mix of strength training, HIIT, yoga, bodyweight workouts and stretch routines. All levels catered for.

Live Classes

4 times a week I offer live online classes, all of which are 30 mins, all GMT. These classes will also be available afterwards.

Mondays 10.30am strength and HIIT

Wednesdays 10.30am upper body & abs or full body 

Thursdays 9.35 stretch and mobility or yoga

Friday 10am lower body or full-body strength

  • You will need a pair of dumbbells (2-8 kg) a yoga mat, resistance bands and a yoga strap.

  • All my workouts are perfect to do at home, or bring me on your holidays!

  • Yes! There are workouts suitable for all levels and ages.
