A 45 minute Zoom class with a mix of yoga, pilates and strength training ALL bodyweight so you won’t need any equipment, if you have a mat then great.
The class is pitched for all levels of fitness. I will be giving options to make exercises easier or harder so if you are new to exercise then there will be options for you.
I want you to think of this class as nourishment NOT punishment. This is NOT a sweat fest high intensity class, you WILL get a full-body workout that will stretch, strengthen and challenge you.

A 30 minute full-body workout using resistance bands and bodyweight. I give options to make exercises easier so this is suitable for all levels. Get ready to work hard, get strong and have fun!

15 minutes, each week with a different focus, bodyweight, stretch, weights, or a combination. These mini workouts are for days you are short on time, days you want to do something but can't face anything too long or you can join them together. Maybe add a weights and a stretch together, these classes give you lots of options.

Wednesday 12:00 GMT
An 30 minute intermediate weights workout. You will need a set dumbbells, anything between 3-10kg depending on your fitness level. We will work the whole body using compound movements, it’s going to be fun and challenging. If you want to get stronger then this is the class for you.

This 30 minute weights class is perfect if you are a beginner. The pace will be slower, I will give more tips on technique and the exercises will be easy to follow. This class will encourage and guide you to have more confidence with your workouts and lifting weights in safe way.
